Custom Homes In Dayton, Ohio

A Home Designed Around Your Site,
Your Budget, and Your Life

This Is Not a Plan Book Home

Every Alogla Homes custom build starts with your lot, your budget, and how you actually want to live, not a template drawn for somewhere else.

What Goes Into Every Alogla Home

Site Specific Design

Whether you bring your own architect or work with one of our trusted partners, your floor plan is built around your actual lot, not adapted from someone else’s.

A Budget You're Part of From Day One

We talk through your budget in your very first conversation and keep it front and center through every design decision, so your price reflects your choices, not surprises.

Daily On-Site Oversight

Our team coordinates our Trade Partners on-site, with the owner personally supervising each Alogla Homes project and catching problems before they become expensive ones.

Two Decades of Trade Relationships

Our 25 years in the industry mean established relationships with our trade partners and suppliers building your home.

A Builder You Can Trust

Verified, Not Just Promised

Alogla Homes is celebrated as the 2025 Home Owner Mark of Excellence Award winner – independently surveyed by real homeowners.

When you work with Alogla, we put the client first, with focus on quality craftsmanship, a communication-first approach, and over-delivering on our promises.

We work hard to make your home building experience smooth and enjoyable so you can rest knowing your home is in good hands.

A Transparent, Client-First Approach to Pricing

Building a custom home is one of the largest investments you’ll ever make. We operate on a transparent cost model, so you see exactly where every dollar goes.

Cost of Construction

You pay the actual cost of building your home: labor and subcontractors, materials and suppliers, permits and inspections, and site work and utilities. There are no hidden markups built into these costs.

Builder Fee

Our builder fee is separate and clearly defined. It covers full project management from start to finish. We don’t increase our fee based on how much you spend. Our focus is on executing your project at the highest level, not inflating costs.

Why We Structure It This Way

Our model is built on transparency (you see real costs), accountability (every decision is visible), and alignment (we succeed by managing your project well, not by spending more).

Pre-Construction Phase

Before construction begins, we offer a Pre-Construction Agreement covering budget development and cost analysis, plan review and value engineering, site evaluation and feasibility, and guidance on selections and finishes. This lets us move into construction with confidence, accuracy, and momentum.

Changes During Construction

Adjustments sometimes happen. All changes are documented and approved in advance, and change orders include a standard management fee to account for the added coordination and scheduling impact. Our goal is to keep your project on track and predictable, even when changes occur.

What You're Really Hiring

You’re trusting an experienced builder with one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make. You’ll have someone who navigates the complexities of construction, anticipates and solve problems before they become costly, protects your investment, and delivers a home you’re proud to call yours.

Your Biggest Questions, Answered Before You Ask

“Will I actually work with the builder, or a sales rep?”

You work with the owner, from your first conversation through your final walkthrough. There is no hand-off.

“Will my budget hold?”

Our transparent cost model means you see the actual cost of construction plus a clearly defined builder fee, not a number with hidden markups. We keep you updated as design decisions are made, so you’re never blindsided.

“How do I know the trade work will be solid?”

Our relationships with local trade partners go back 25 years. You’re not gambling your home on an unknown crew.
