FOUNDER & COMPANY STORY
Jez Alogla started on construction sites as a carpenter and spent 25 years working his way up, through assistant superintendent, and area construction manager roles at two of Ohio’s largest home builders. Along the way, he was part of an estimated 2,500 homes and spent 18-plus years in production home building, developing a sharp eye for the mistakes that cost custom home clients the most.
But at that scale, the person who sells the home is rarely the person who builds it. Jez founded Alogla Construction Group in 2020 to do things differently, bringing personal accountability back to homebuilding. His passion is simple: build quality homes, treat people right, deliver honest value, and create opportunities for families to put down roots in the communities they call home.
Today, Alogla Homes pairs experienced trade partners and hands-on project management with an owner who stays personally involved in every project. Customers get direct access to the builder who also happens to be the owner of the company, with clear expectations and frequent communication from the very first conversation.
