Buying our first home was both exciting and overwhelming, and we couldn't have asked for a better builder than Jez!! As first-time homebuyers, we had countless questions along the way. Jez never made us feel inexperienced. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question with patience, and was incredibly responsive whenever we needed help. Even now, more than a year later, I still remember the excitement of closing day, receiving the keys, taking our first photo together, and walking into our very first home. Those memories are still so special to us. If ever again we have the opportunity to build or buy another new constructed home, there is no question that Jez would be our first choice/contact. Can I give Jez 10 stars? Because 5 doesn’t seem like enough. As a designer, I work with a lot of different trades at different stages of the process.  I can always count on Jez & Alogla Construction Group to have: good info for me, clear blueprints, excellent communication, and a willingness to work collaboratively (among many, many other great things).  Job sites are always kept clean so my crews have safe access to do their work. Their commitment to a quality build at a fair price is unmatched. It’s rare to find a builder who appreciates & respects a designer’s input the way Jez does, and I always enjoy collaborating on projects with him, his clients, and his tradespeople.
